π― Requirements
- 3-5 years in hospitality operations (e.g., Revenue Manager, Front Desk Manager).
- Strong understanding of hotel ops incl revenue mgmt, front desk workflows, PMS.
- Experience in the North American hospitality market.
- Excellent communication, empathy, resilience, and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to learn technology platforms quickly and translate concepts for hoteliers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with strong organization.
