  • Strong understanding of hotel ops incl revenue mgmt, front desk workflows, PMS.
  • Experience in the North American hospitality market.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, resilience, and customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to learn technology platforms quickly and translate concepts for hoteliers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with strong organization.
