🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years hospitality ops experience in Thailand (revenue, front desk, ops, or GM).
  • Deep knowledge of hotel operations: revenue management, front desk workflows, PMS.
  • Thai language fluency with strong English communication.
  • Ability to learn technology platforms quickly and translate concepts for hoteliers.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, resilience, and customer focus.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with strong organizational skills.
  • Bonus: SaaS/hospitality tech experience or CRM tools like Salesforce.
