π― Requirements
- 5+ years hospitality ops experience in Thailand (revenue, front desk, ops, or GM).
- Deep knowledge of hotel operations: revenue management, front desk workflows, PMS.
- Thai language fluency with strong English communication.
- Ability to learn technology platforms quickly and translate concepts for hoteliers.
- Excellent communication, empathy, resilience, and customer focus.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with strong organizational skills.
- Bonus: SaaS/hospitality tech experience or CRM tools like Salesforce.
