Oversee daily site ops, leading 50+ workers to meet productivity and safety targets.
Ensure health and safety compliance with zero lost-time incidents.
Coordinate workforce scheduling for full shift coverage and cost control.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to meet SLAs and expectations.
Promote adoption of our product platform among staff, workers and clients.
Conduct performance reviews and coach staff to meet targets.

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years of experience managing operations at multi-site or high-volume facilities.
Proven ability to manage teams of 50+ workers effectively.
Experience in service/operations management in logistics or warehousing.
Strong track record in team leadership and workforce supervision.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop operational teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
