  • Manage, retain, and expand existing client relationships in mid-market and VC-backed startups.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive Team to onboard new clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships to maximize adoption of Rhoโ€™s product suite.
  • Guide senior stakeholders to unlock value via optimal enablement and adoption.
  • Track and report key account metrics, such as revenue growth, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and deliver consultative value.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a client-facing Customer Success role.
  • Experience managing large-scale implementations with 50+ users.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A track record of managing a large portfolio of clients efficiently and at scale.
  • Prior experience working in B2B SaaS, high-growth preferable.
  • BA degree or higher.
  • Prior background in accounting, finance, cards, or payment is preferred.
