📋 Description

  • Partner Support: Assist Account Managers in managing partner portfolios and communications.
  • Performance Analysis: Review partner data (orders, visibility) to spot trends.
  • Commercial Support: Prepare materials for commercial discussions and product launches (Wolt Ads, Wolt+).
  • Operational Coordination: Support day-to-day partner questions and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Product Adoption: Track adoption of Wolt products and identify partners who could benefit from additional tools.
  • Feedback & Insights: Collect partner feedback and share observations to improve tools.

🎯 Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field and being in their last year.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Finland.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Proactiveness: A self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with multitasking and adjusting to new priorities as they arise.
  • Tech-Savvy: Able to adopt new technologies quickly, for example Google suite, Slack, analytics tools etc.
