  • Proven record of managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quota.
  • Strong technical aptitude to explain camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software.
  • Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives on strategic accounts.
  • Deep understanding of public safety procurement, including RFPs, budgets, and grants.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling.
  • Willingness to travel 30โ€“50% to customer sites and events.
