- Proven record of managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quota.
- Strong technical aptitude to explain camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software.
- Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives on strategic accounts.
- Deep understanding of public safety procurement, including RFPs, budgets, and grants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling.
- Willingness to travel 30โ50% to customer sites and events.
