What You Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infra.
  • Proven track record closing long, multi-stakeholder deals and exceeding quota.
  • Strong technical aptitude; explain cameras, data integrations, and cloud software.
  • Experience collaborating with KAE or sales teams on strategic accounts.
  • Deep understanding of public safety procurement: RFPs, budgets, grants.
  • Willingness to travel 30โ€“50% to customer sites and events.
