- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and Field Sales.
- Champion the customer voice to improve product-market fit and lasting value.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure.
- Proven track record closing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and quotas.
- Strong technical aptitude: comfortable explaining cameras, data integrations, and cloud software.
- Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts.
- Deep understanding of public safety/government procurement, including RFPs, budgets, and grants.
- Excellent communication and storytelling, written and verbal; high integrity and mission alignment.
