  • Lead LPR sales strategy with Key Account Leaders to close deals.
  • Be the technical expert on LPR product knowledge and data workflows.
  • Support complex sales cycles with KALs, RFPs, and large public safety deals.
  • Deliver demos and field proofs: product demos, pilots, and customer education sessions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and Field Sales.
  • Champion the customer voice to improve product-market fit and lasting value.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure.
  • Proven track record closing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and quotas.
  • Strong technical aptitude: comfortable explaining cameras, data integrations, and cloud software.
  • Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts.
  • Deep understanding of public safety/government procurement, including RFPs, budgets, and grants.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling, written and verbal; high integrity and mission alignment.
