Develop brand partnerships and media plans with supply-side collaborators.
Attend industry events and represent Topsort in LATAM.
Build product knowledge across Topsort's stack, including retail media platform, ad APIs, and Toppie.

🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years in media sales, ideally with a digital agency, CPG, or retail.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's or Master’s in STEM, Economics, or Finance; MBA a plus.
English and Spanish full professional proficiency.
Strong communication and ability to navigate complex organizations.
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
