- Proven above-quota performance in direct IAM sales.
- Experience coordinating matrix organizations to address customer problems and opportunities.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers through closed opportunities and renewals.
- Leadership within the assigned territory.
- Experience managing multiple parallel initiatives across clients/partners.
