π― Requirements
- 6+ years B2B sales; 3+ years closing AE on SMB/mid-market
- 2+ years front-line sales leadership; manage AEs and quota
- Experience in high-growth tech/fintech: payments, FX, cards, spend
- Launched or scaled a new market, region, or business line
- Outbound sales motions with SDRs and Marketing
- Strong MEDDPICC/SPICED/Challenger knowledge
- Coach, develop, and performance-manage AEs
- Fluent in French (native/near-native) and English (professional); Spanish/Italian a plus
