📋 Description

• Lead daily outreach and storytelling for LA-based talent reps, managers, and creators.
• Identify creators to move client campaigns; bridge brand mission with creator communities.
• Proactively pitch and secure collaborations across lifestyle, entertainment, and social impact.
• Plan and execute talent-focused moments: activations, red carpets, content shoots; manage invites and on-site.
• Produce client-ready materials: briefs, talent itineraries, social briefs, briefing notes.
• Manage account foundations: agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, budgets; keep senior managers informed.

🎯 Requirements

• The Emerging Hybrid Specialist: 2–3 years in communications, entertainment, or PR; proven partnerships; adept at using talent research tools.
• Creator Economy Fluent: Deep understanding of the creator economy; align brand with influencer connections.
