📋 Description

  • Own quarterly expansion target and exceed quota within existing clients
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across departments with champions
  • Lead discovery to uncover objectives, pain points, timelines, metrics
  • Develop proposals, pricing, and recommendations tied to goals
  • Create demand and drive reorders with new swag use cases
  • Partner with Vendor Management to shape feasible solutions and smooth handoff

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years quota-carrying sales in branded merchandise or swag
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and expanding B2B accounts
  • Commercially sharp: ask great questions, uncover opportunities, communicate value
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executives
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce preferred)
