📋 Description

  • Own quarterly expansion target; meet/exceed quota in existing clients
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities across accounts by mapping teams and budget owners
  • Build multi-threaded relationships; develop champions; align stakeholders
  • Lead discovery to uncover objectives, pain points, timelines, and success metrics
  • Develop and present proposals, pricing, and recommendations tied to customer goals
  • Create demand and capture budget by introducing new swag use cases; drive reorders

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years quota-carrying sales in branded merchandise or related fields
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B through consultative selling
  • Commercially sharp: ask good questions, uncover opportunities, win budget
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable with executives
  • Self-motivated, highly organized; thrives in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with CRM tools; Salesforce experience preferred
