📋 Description

  • Own a quarterly expansion target and meet or exceed quota within existing clients
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities across accounts by mapping teams and budget owners
  • Build and deepen relationships by developing champions and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Lead discovery to uncover objectives, pain points, timelines, and success metrics
  • Develop and present proposals, pricing, and recommendations tied to customer goals
  • Create demand by introducing new swag use cases and packaging repeatable programs

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales in branded merchandise, swag, or related fields
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and expanding existing B2B accounts
  • Commercially sharp: ask great questions, uncover opportunities, win budget
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation skills with executives and buyers
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
