  • Spearhead full lifecycle strategic capture efforts to win DoD work.
  • Own Mission Hero acquisitions from qualification through proposal.
  • Develop win strategies and competitive positioning.
  • Engage DoD stakeholders, primes, and ecosystem partners.
  • Translate capabilities (UDS, cATO, edge) into win themes.
  • Support RFI/RFP responses with market intel and pricing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven ability to win complex technical pursuits through capture lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of acquisition processes (FAR-based contracts, OTAs, SBIR, IDIQ).
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership across technical/executive audiences.
  • Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver proposals.
  • Familiarity with software factory environments, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, or edge deployments.
  • Travel up to 20-30%.
