  • Own end-to-end sales cycle for net-new SMB districts and schools in TX, AZ, NM, NV.
  • Prospect, discovery, demos, evaluation, negotiation, and close.
  • Drive outbound prospecting to generate SMB opportunities; manage inbound/SDR.
  • Maintain a large, active pipeline; accurate CRM forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales Eng, Marketing, and Customer Success for alignment.
  • Represent Securly at Texas conferences, partner events, and district meetings.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years full-cycle SMB/new-business quota; EdTech or SaaS SMB sales preferred.
  • Experience selling to K-12 districts, schools, or SMB accounts with short cycles.
  • Built pipeline via outbound prospecting in a defined Texas territory.
  • Delivered live demos and product evaluations that convert.
  • Strong discovery, consultative selling, and forecast accuracy with CRM.
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales-engagement tools to manage deals.
