📋 Description

  • Build and manage a pipeline of SMB opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and close
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within SMB organizations
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain clean pipeline management in CRM systems
  • Travel occasionally for conferences, customer visits, and team events

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role, preferably SMB/Mid-Market
  • Proven success managing a high-volume pipeline and closing new business
  • Comfortable prospecting and engaging decision-makers across Operations, Sales, and Ownership teams
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient with strong urgency and follow-through
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and maintaining accurate pipeline data
  • SaaS sales experience in high-growth startups or industrial, manufacturing, or distribution industries
