- 3+ years of demonstrated experience acquiring new customers
- Experience selling to human resources and benefits teams
- Experience selling to all levels of decision-makers (Managers, Directors, VP and C-level+)
- Organized and process-oriented in prioritization of opportunities
- Manage concurrent activities across the sales cycle and multiple opportunities
- Negotiating and closing skills to consistently close deals
