  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience acquiring new customers
  • Experience selling to human resources and benefits teams
  • Experience selling to all levels of decision-makers (Managers, Directors, VP and C-level+)
  • Organized and process-oriented in prioritization of opportunities
  • Manage concurrent activities across the sales cycle and multiple opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing skills to consistently close deals
