📋 Description

  • Create and drive revenue within an assigned region or accounts.
  • Own the full renewal cycle: prospecting, negotiating, closing renewals.
  • Strengthen customer relationships to boost retention and upsell.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build strategic plans for customers.
  • Educate customers on Kapitus value and product offerings.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ years of full sales cycle experience in financial services or consultative sales.
  • Experience collaborating with internal sales teams.
  • Experience selling across multiple products and industries.
  • Engage stakeholders across Legal, IT, Security, and Finance.
  • CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong math and business acumen.
