- Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts
- Own full-cycle sales process: prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business
- Provide recommendations based on a customer’s needs and usage patterns
- Serve as the voice of the customer; qualify leads and opportunities, and strategize/close deals
- Manage inbound customer communications and escalate issues (billing, legal, security, technical)
- Collaborate with internal teams to build strategic financial plans for customers
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience preferred
- 1+ years of full sales cycle experience, ideally in Financial Services and/or consultative sales
- Experience collaborating with internal sales teams
- Experience selling across multiple products and industries
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders (Legal, IT, Security, Finance)
- Understanding of CRM programs (Salesforce preferred)
