  • Collaborate with product, compliance, and relationship teams to serve clients.
  • Develop pitch narratives and refine sales strategies with the team.
  • Use internal data to identify leads, build your pipeline, and plan strategy.

  • 3-5 years of sales experience (SaaS/FinTech/cannabis) with multi-stakeholder sales.
  • Experience in startups; comfortable with change; regulated industries helpful.
  • Experience managing pipeline with deals, inbound and outbound leads.
  • Proven track record closing B2B deals and contracts.
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration; ability to influence across teams.
  • Ability to map prospect challenges to LeafLink solutions.
