- 3-5 years of sales experience (SaaS/FinTech/cannabis) with multi-stakeholder sales.
- Experience in startups; comfortable with change; regulated industries helpful.
- Experience managing pipeline with deals, inbound and outbound leads.
- Proven track record closing B2B deals and contracts.
- Excellent cross-group collaboration; ability to influence across teams.
- Ability to map prospect challenges to LeafLink solutions.
