📋 Description

  • Sell Axon Real Time Awareness products (drones, DFR, Fusus) to state DOC agencies.
  • Partner with Key Account Leaders and sales team to drive complex engagements.
  • Translate technical solutions into mission-aligned value for corrections.
  • Field-based, autonomous role blending technical, relationship-building, and selling.
  • Track customer activity in Salesforce and internal systems to guide strategy.
  • Location: Remote in territory; live within 1 hour of a major airport. Travel: 60% minimum.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
  • 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
  • Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organization and presentation skills.
  • End-to-end sales process experience (prospecting, discovery, closing).
