  • Own the sales cycle from start to finish in Public Sector Belgium.
  • Identify strategic targets and prospect when needed.
  • Prepare for and meet prospects ahead of RfPs (calls for tenders).
  • Respond to relevant RfPs with written and project management work.
  • Prepare for and participate in oral presentations.
  • Post-win, oversee deployment with Key Account Manager and ensure satisfaction.

  • Prior experience leading change mgmt in the Public Sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for a relationship-driven sector.
  • Willingness to spend time onsite with Public sector institutions.
  • Strong understanding of Belgian public sector structure and procurement.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced env.
  • Dutch (C2+) and English proficiency; based in or willing to relocate to Belgium.
