🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years field sales selling SaaS or B2B enterprise solutions.
  • Experience selling Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, or HR Tech.
  • Prior Salesforce usage for activity and pipeline management.
  • Proven success selling to organizations with 500+ employees (mid-market/low enterprise).
  • Proven ability to establish and grow partnerships with brokers, carriers, and consultants.
  • Expertise selling to the C-Suite directly and via channel partners.
