- Learning mindset: Continuous learning and understanding ScienceLogic solutions.
- 1-2 years of Observability / AIOPS software sales experience.
- Strong understanding of Hybrid IT concepts.
- Proficient in Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com.
