PagerDuty seeks an Account Executive (AE) to drive growth in the enterprise portfolio. This role blends strategic account management with consultative enterprise selling, partnering with C-level executives to deliver outcomes via the PagerDuty Operations Cloud.

  • Own and grow enterprise accounts via upsell, cross-sell, expansion.
  • Build executive relationships through consultative selling.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for growth and expansion.
  • Drive adoption of Operations Cloud with clear business ROI.
  • Execute multi-product sales motions with technical validation and PoC.
  • Maintain forecasts and a disciplined Salesforce pipeline.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years enterprise B2B SaaS/cloud software sales or account management.
  • Proven success managing quota in long-cycle enterprise sales.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent.
  • Expertise MEDDICC and COM methodologies.
