🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in direct enterprise software sales (ITOM/ITSM/NPM/APM).
  • Experience using defined sales methodology (BMANTR).
  • Proven ability to win net new and existing accounts via prospecting.
  • Full ownership of end-to-end sales process.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quota.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline/forecast accuracy.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
