π― Requirements
- 6+ years in direct enterprise software sales (ITOM/ITSM/NPM/APM).
- Experience using defined sales methodology (BMANTR).
- Proven ability to win net new and existing accounts via prospecting.
- Full ownership of end-to-end sales process.
- Strong track record of exceeding quota.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline/forecast accuracy.
- Self-starter, able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
