- 3+ years closing B2B SaaS deals in mid-market or upmarket
- Competitive and hungry to win deals
- Proven track record of hitting quota on complex, high-value opportunities
- Experience managing longer sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Strong prospecting skills and the drive to source your own pipeline
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly in German and English
