  • 4-7+ years closing experience in a full-cycle quota-carrying role.
  • Experience selling to CIO/CTO/VP Eng/VP Product.
  • Outbound discipline and full-cycle sales capability.
  • Ability to run multi-threaded deals across complex orgs.
  • High agency and ownership; builds momentum.
  • Hands-on orientation with AI; AI-enabled workflows.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; scale Mid Market motion in Benelux.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • You donโ€™t need to be an AI expert, but curious and willing to adopt AI tools.
  • Nice to have: usage-based/consumption pricing models.
  • Nice to have: exposure to developer tooling, APIs, data, infra, or AI products.
  • Nice to have: experience moving upmarket to mid-market.
  • Nice to have: fluency in Ukrainian.
