- 4-7+ years closing experience in a full-cycle quota-carrying role.
- Experience selling to CIO/CTO/VP Eng/VP Product.
- Outbound discipline and full-cycle sales capability.
- Ability to run multi-threaded deals across complex orgs.
- High agency and ownership; builds momentum.
- Hands-on orientation with AI; AI-enabled workflows.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; scale Mid Market motion in Benelux.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- You donโt need to be an AI expert, but curious and willing to adopt AI tools.
- Nice to have: usage-based/consumption pricing models.
- Nice to have: exposure to developer tooling, APIs, data, infra, or AI products.
- Nice to have: experience moving upmarket to mid-market.
- Nice to have: fluency in Ukrainian.
