  • Lead technical demos of Karbon's platform for prospects.
  • Drive outbound engagement; ~40% appointments generated by the rep.
  • Create Outreach sequences to secure meetings with ICP decision makers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline with at least 3x quota for next steps.
  • Ensure accurate updates in Salesforce/Gong with notes, next steps, and forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS to mid-market; track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience with outbound sales; hunter mentality.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic; self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong business case through consultative, value-driven sales.
  • Technical aptitude to master our sales tools/tech stack.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask sales opportunities and articulate potential with each account.
