Identifying and acquiring potential clients for Microsoft Advertising in Mexico
Designing consultative proposals aligned with client goals and industry trends
Building trust-based relationships with clients, advising within Microsoft Advertising
Leveraging performance data and insights to identify opportunities
Preparing and presenting performance reports, insights, and growth forecasts

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 4 years in online advertising, media sales, business dev or marketing
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
Deep market knowledge and strong industry connections
Experience with performance advertisers and campaign challenges
Familiarity with attribution models, A/B testing, tracking tech (pixels, SDKs, MMPs)
Fluent English; proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides
