  • Youโ€™ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Engage with Metallurgy sector customers, from HR to CEOs.
  • Educate prospects with product demos and value storytelling.
  • Collaborate with a small France-based sales team; drive inbound/outbound efforts.
  • Follow Alan Smart & Soft selling method to tailor high-touch strategies.
  • Based in Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years of end-to-end sales experience (prospecting to closing).
  • French (C2+) and advanced English proficiency.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Empathy and passion for solving prospects' problems.
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue models.
