- Youโll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Engage with Metallurgy sector customers, from HR to CEOs.
- Educate prospects with product demos and value storytelling.
- Collaborate with a small France-based sales team; drive inbound/outbound efforts.
- Follow Alan Smart & Soft selling method to tailor high-touch strategies.
- Based in Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 4+ years of end-to-end sales experience (prospecting to closing).
- French (C2+) and advanced English proficiency.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
- Empathy and passion for solving prospects' problems.
- Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue models.
