- 6+ years as Account Executive in direct ad sales or digital advertising
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Established relationships with major entertainment companies
- Experience managing entertainment clients through funnel and campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and demonstrate ROI to clients
- Willingness to travel 20-30% of duties
