📋 Description

  • Own the full new business sales cycle: generate leads, qualify pipeline, demos, close deals.
  • Drive outbound activity to create opportunities across mid-sized and large organisations.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Manage a portfolio of early-stage accounts and hit annual new business targets.
  • Collaborate with Global Sales, Product, and Market Analysts to shape strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and monthly/annual reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in New Business Sales selling bespoke SaaS, tech, or data solutions.
  • Experience generating and qualifying brand-new opportunities; MEDDPICC is preferred.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with strong listening and communication.
  • Ability to translate complex client needs into actionable solutions.
  • Maritime industry experience is a plus but not required.
