  • 2-3 years in quota-carrying AE roles; 95% quota and 90% monthly targets.
  • Self-sourcing: 30% of deals via proactive outbound.
  • Salesforce proficiency: maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Deep knowledge of Bloomerang tools and services.
  • Nice to have: SaaS nonprofit or B2B quota experience.
