- Prioritize warm relationships first, then expand into cold outreach
- Conduct product demos and webinars to drive activation
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with top LOs to grow production
π― Requirements
- 2+ years mortgage sales or strong outside sales background
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and meet activity targets
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong communication with a consultative, education-first selling style
- High ownership, competitiveness, and daily discipline
