  • Own and grow a high-volume portfolio of loan officers to drive revenue goals
  • 30+ outbound calls per day to 30 unique assigned LOs
  • 4+ meetings per day (phone, Zoom, etc.)
  • Prioritize warm relationships first, then expand into cold outreach
  • Conduct product demos and webinars to drive activation
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with top LOs to grow production

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years mortgage sales or strong outside sales background
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and meet activity targets
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong communication with a consultative, education-first selling style
  • High ownership, competitiveness, and daily discipline
