- Deep discovery skills for developers; strong product lifecycle and DevOps knowledge.
- Connect technical features to business outcomes.
- Strong presentation skills from Devs to C-Suite.
- MEDDPICC (or Challenger/Sandler) framework expertise.
- CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, strong opportunity management.
- Korean native; professional English.
- Confident, self-driven, humble in a high-growth team.
