  • Excellent written and verbal communication; articulate value and objections.
  • Analytical mindset; interpret data and drive action with PowerBI and G-Suite.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, CRM systems, and project management tools.
  • Familiar with brokers or agents ecosystem preferred.
