- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of sales experience in quota-carrying role
- 2+ years selling into Aerospace and Defense
- CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong negotiation
- Ability to travel up to 5-10% of the time
