📋 Description

  • Generate hospice referrals by building relationships with physicians and care facilities.
  • Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
  • Conduct sales calls and evaluate results.
  • Support business development and establish relationships with referral sources.
  • Develop annual care integration plan and quarterly goals.
  • Interact with referral sources to facilitate patient transitions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hospice, home health care, and/or healthcare sales experience.
  • At least two years recent experience in the health care industry, nursing, social work, care coordination, home health, hospice experience strongly preferred.
  • Formal sales training.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
  • Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
  • Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
