  • Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users
  • Grow MongoDB customer base by landing new workloads via outbound prospecting
  • Manage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB Products and Services
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying field sales experience; closing new workloads
  • Expand existing accounts and sell horizontally across the organization
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Co-selling with AWS/GCP/Azure and large GSIs (Accenture, KPMG) a plus
  • Must live in territory (flexible work model)
