  • Own full sales cycle for gaming ad sales in China/APAC; prospect to close.
  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with developers/publishers; China lead.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital advertising sales, ad tech, or gaming monetization in China.
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets and full sales cycle.
  • Strong CPI/CPA/CPM knowledge and China's mobile gaming ecosystem.
  • Native Mandarin with strong English; bilingual client/internal communications.
  • CRM (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools; familiar with WeChat/DingTalk.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Beijing; eligible to work in China without visa sponsorship.
