🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital advertising sales, ad tech, gaming in Japan
  • Proven track record meeting targets; full cycle to close in Japan
  • Knowledge of CPI/CPA/CPM; mobile gaming; major Japan publishers
  • Business-level Japanese and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal/presentation skills; keigo, nemawashi, ringi
  • Salesforce or CRM proficiency and standard sales tooling
  • Strong organization; manage multiple accounts; keep pipeline
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Tokyo; eligible to work in Japan
