- Proven track record meeting targets; full cycle to close in Japan
- Knowledge of CPI/CPA/CPM; mobile gaming; major Japan publishers
- Business-level Japanese and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal/presentation skills; keigo, nemawashi, ringi
- Salesforce or CRM proficiency and standard sales tooling
- Strong organization; manage multiple accounts; keep pipeline
- Based in or willing to relocate to Tokyo; eligible to work in Japan
