- Own the full gaming ad sales cycle across Europe from prospecting to close
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, publishers, and agencies
- Identify and develop new business opportunities via networks and events
- Develop account plans and pitches aligned with Xsolla products
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and partner success teams
- Monitor campaigns and provide reporting; optimize to maximize results
- Maintain CRM records of activities, pipeline, and accounts (Salesforce)
- Represent Xsolla at major European gaming/ad tech events
- Provide market intelligence on advertiser trends in Europe
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years in digital advertising sales, ad tech, or gaming monetization
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Full sales cycle experience in related fields
- Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPM and mobile gaming
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for C-level
- Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM tools
- Fluent in English; additional EU languages (ES/FR/DE/IT) preferred
- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain; EU work status
- Experience with offerwall, rewarded video, or UA ads (preferred)
- Established network in European games industry
- Familiar with mobile monetization metrics (ARPU, LTV, ROAS)
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
