- Own the full sales cycle for gaming ad sales across the UK and Europe.
- Build long-term relationships with developers, publishers, and agencies as primary contact for Xsolla ad monetization.
- Identify and develop new business by leveraging networks, events, and targeting key gaming ad accounts.
- Develop tailored account plans and pitches linking client goals to Xsolla products (offerwall, rewarded ads).
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and partner success to deliver campaigns meeting targets.
- Monitor campaigns, provide regular reporting, and recommend optimizations to maximize results and retention.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in digital advertising sales, ad tech, or gaming monetization.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and managing a full sales cycle.
- Strong understanding of CPI/CPA/CPM models and the mobile gaming ecosystem.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to C-level.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and standard sales tooling.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages preferred.
