📋 Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for gaming ad sales across the UK and Europe.
  • Build long-term relationships with developers, publishers, and agencies as primary contact for Xsolla ad monetization.
  • Identify and develop new business by leveraging networks, events, and targeting key gaming ad accounts.
  • Develop tailored account plans and pitches linking client goals to Xsolla products (offerwall, rewarded ads).
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and partner success to deliver campaigns meeting targets.
  • Monitor campaigns, provide regular reporting, and recommend optimizations to maximize results and retention.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital advertising sales, ad tech, or gaming monetization.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and managing a full sales cycle.
  • Strong understanding of CPI/CPA/CPM models and the mobile gaming ecosystem.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to C-level.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and standard sales tooling.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages preferred.
