- 3-5 years in B2B sales (SaaS/Media/Entertainment a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar methodologies is preferred
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Dutch
