  • Build and manage relationships with key client stakeholders at site and HQ.
  • Ensure high satisfaction by collaborating with Implementation and Customer Success teams.
  • Create and document strategic account plans for each client.
  • Conduct remote and onsite client reviews; identify improvement opportunities.
  • Schedule reviews weekly, monthly, or quarterly per plan.
  • Communicate new features and products to clients.
  • Demo products to current and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive growth with cross-teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Account Management teams.
  • Highlight top customer issues and develop action plans to resolve.
  • Adhere to sales processes; update systems accurately.
  • Track account metrics, client satisfaction, reviews, and forecasts.
  • Travel to client sites; attend events and conferences.
  • Achieve assigned sales quota.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years Account Management in mid-market SaaS/software.
  • Renewal and expansion/up-sell quota experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong time-management.
  • Challenger and MEDDPICC sales methods knowledge; structured.
