- 2+ years Account Management in mid-market SaaS/software.
- Renewal and expansion/up-sell quota experience.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication; Salesforce CRM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong time-management.
- Challenger and MEDDPICC sales methods knowledge; structured.
