📋 Description

  • Drive net-new payroll sales into strategic restaurant accounts (national & regional brands)
  • Prospect and build a pipeline of payroll opportunities in existing R365 customers
  • Lead discovery conversations with HR, payroll, finance and ops leaders
  • Partner with Sales Engineers for platform demos tailored to payroll workflows in restaurants
  • Develop ROI business cases for migrating to R365 Payroll
  • Maintain pipeline data and forecasts in Salesforce and Gong

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or payroll sales with quota
  • Direct experience selling payroll, WFM, or HCM solutions
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM; strong pipeline forecasting
  • Experience selling to restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; translate payroll to business value
  • Must be able to work 100 percent remote
  • Up to 20 percent travel
