  • Develop strategic account plans for target accounts in the unit
  • Prospect to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Identify and secure prototyping, ramp, and production contracts

  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience with remote work and pipeline development
  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build new pipeline and forecast to exceed quota
